Education

With a background in Kinesiology and Personal Training, I ventured down South, to San Francisco, California to pursue my dreams. I graduated Suma Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West in 2020. While in school, I became very interested in Upper Cervical Chiropractic – the study of the upper neck. I have a strong understanding that the top two bones of the spine need to be in proper aligment in order to ensure the health of the entire nervous system and the entire spine below. I studied Upper Cervical Chiropractic care extensively to perfect my skills in analyzing and adjusting the upper cervical complex so that I can have the biggest impact on your nervous system. Although the upper cervical complex is my focus, I  also utilizes many other chiropractic techniques such as Activator Technique and Drop Table. I take a very gentle approach to your care and cater my care to each individual.

The Equestrian’s Chiropractor

Like I said earlier, I am an avid rider (dressage & hunter jumper) and love to take care of fellow equestrians. Nervous system focused chiropractic care improves body awareness, and strength and stability while in the saddle allowing for a better connection between rider and horse. I believes that horseback riding is a partnership and taking care of your health and well-being is the best thing you can do for your horse. I help connect rider to self and horse. I believe if you see a chiropractor and get adjusted, your horse will thank you.
