Chiropractic
Education

With a background in Kinesiology and Personal Training, I headed south to San Francisco to chase a big dream (and some sunshine). I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West in 2020, where I developed a strong appreciation for just how powerful the upper neck can be — small area, big impact.

My focus is helping your nervous system work the way it’s meant to, starting at the top and supporting everything below it. While upper cervical care is my specialty, I also use a variety of gentle chiropractic techniques, including Activator and Drop Table, to make sure your care is tailored to you — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Bottom line: I keep things precise, gentle, and personalized… no cracking for the sake of cracking, and definitely no cookie-cutter care.

The Equestrian’s Chiropractor

I’m an avid rider myself, so I have a serious soft spot for taking care of fellow equestrians. Nervous system–focused chiropractic care helps improve body awareness, strength, and stability in the saddle — which means clearer cues, better balance, and a happier partnership with your horse.

I truly believe horseback riding is a team sport. Taking care of your own health and well-being is one of the best things you can do for your horse.

See a chiropractor and get adjusted — your horse will absolutely thank you (probably with better transitions and fewer side-eyes).
